Hi,
I thot it's a good idea to share about some useful websites.
My recommendation is http://www.achievement.org This website has profiles/interviews of some high achievers in various fields, and the interviews are quite indepth.
Happy reading!!

A good education should help a person get rich!! And rich in whatever is important - wealth, health, fulfilment of one's own potential, service to society, spirituality. It should form the foundation for a lifelong quest for excellence and achievement of potential.

To be fully engaged in whatever we're doing, this moment, and this one, and this one.

This year has brought 3 major 'bad' decisions/events to my life - ie decisions/events which were perceived unfavorably by me, at that moment.
Upon reflecting, i realize that i've been able to take all this in my stride quite well, and also realized that i only understood how much i had grown when i had the chance to face these events.
Right now, i'm growing in peace, stillness, love, energy, acceptance of myself, spirituality, physical fitness, etc

Firstly, daily journalling is great.
Secondly, zaadz.
Thirdly, remember to be yourself, and to smile and to laugh and love!

Never giving up on myself! I've had countless attempts at self-improvement, and still feel that there's so much much more to achieve/overcome! Many a time, it seems like I've not moved an inch despite years of effort.
However, I still keep at it, which is amazing!!
Having said that, i now think that i should think more creatively about what works, what doesn't and use this knowledge well.
Peace and blessings to you!

Well, quite a few things actually. I've started to let go of some of my attachments one by one:
- i've stopped wearing a gold chain that came to me from my father
- i've stopped wearing my gold rings, including my marriage ring
- i've been attached to some of my opinions regarding some training programms that i'm required to go to, but which i don't find will add value to me. My usual thought would be to hate this imposition. I've now accepted this, and will use the time as an opportunity to concentrate on my mindfulness.
There are other things as well, but i guess you get the drift.

Well, mine are: firstly, to make the most out of each day. This is a constant struggle, and there are days when I'm winning and days when I'm not.
The other one is to be positive and fully believe in myself. Self doubt is my companion - though not a very welcome one.
